5th graders are continuing the process of finding information with our most recent expert, Veronica Silva from
Consejo Nacional de Television. Mrs. Silva discussed stereotypes portrayed on T.V. During the presentation, topics like messages we receive from television programs and the effects stereotypes can have on our identity were discussed. Finally, Mrs. Silva encouraged 5th graders to use technology and media positively to take action.
